The Engineering Program Manager Software lead works within the cross-functional program team to ensure software and software systems meet program targets and timing.

Responsibilities Coordinate engineering effort through the various phases of assigned program(s)Act as liaison between engineering software and calibration development teams and the program teamPlan engineering development activities to meet the program needsEnsure engineering activity meets program Cost, Quality and Delivery goalsReport status of software activities and issues to engineering leadershipEnsure product is fully validated and meets performance objectivesCollaborating with cross-functional teams to develop vehicle-level solutionsWill monitor implementation and sources of change including but not limited to:  CDMS/Metro, Hyperion, JIRA, PTDB, IVEST, Truck Perfect, Calibration, Polarian, vendor component software. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degreeAt least 5 years of technical project/program management experience

OR

Master’s degreeAt least 3 years of technical project/program management experience

OR

At least 7 years of technical project/program management experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
