The job profile for this position is Software Engineering Senior Advisor, which is a Band 4 Senior Contributor Career Track Role with Cigna-Evernorth Services, Inc.
• Support and enhance existing Dental Claims Processing applications used by consumers and operational staff.
• Leverage existing open-source frameworks, third party components and libraries, as well as cloud and commercial software to design and develop robust enterprise solutions.
• Maximize opportunities to integrate and reuse existing capabilities.
• Participate in all agile ceremonies.
• Act as mentor and technical guide to mid- and lower-level analysts.
• Research new technologies and report on them to both business and IT stakeholders.

Requirements
• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a closely related field and 3 years of experience in any IT role
• OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a closely related field and 5 years of experience in any IT role
• Experience with REST-based microservices
• Experience with test-driven automation; Python; AWS-SQS; AWS-SNS; AWS-S3; AWS Lambda functions
• Experience with IAM roles; cloud watch monitoring
• Experience with OpenShift; Informatica; DB2; Oracle; SQL Server; and
• Experience developing healthcare applications using Java, Angular, SpringBoot, Spring Core, and Spring AOP.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 123,400 - 205,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
