Your Role: Software Engineering Team Leader

Design and develop Testing frameworks/strategies for complex vehicle software/components and services.Provide guidance to architects/teams for execution of programs using SDLC modelsPlay the role of technical interface to external stakeholdersPlay the role of technical mentor for the teamProvide guidance and support to ensure compliance with relevant standards such as ASPICE, Cyber Security and FUSAWork closely with Project and Engineering Managers to achieve the project targets in terms of content, quality, time and costWork in an AGILE development environmentDrive Innovations in the team such as reusability, efficiency, best-known-methods etc.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer or Electrical EngineeringExperience 7 to 12 YearsProven experience in technical leadership of high performing teamExperience in system/software architecture design for highly complex systemsEmbedded C/C++ programming experienceLINUX/QNX/VxWorks ExperienceCAN/LIN/Ethernet communication protocols and tools experienceExperience in ADAS, UX systemsEmbedded/Automotive industry work experienceGood Knowledge on state-of-the-art design/ development/validation methodologiesEmbedded development tools (compilers, debuggers ,serial data tools, etc.)Embedded microcontroller experience (operating systems, I/O drivers, communication drivers, etc.) Experience in ARM Core (A53/A72) and Realtime Core Familiar with GPU/NPU/DSPExperience in SOA frameworks, Adaptive AUTOSAR/ROS/DDSCICD knowledge and familiarity with Gerrit workflowProven technical credentials including Patents/Publications/WhitepaperExcellent communication / presentation skills

PREFERRED SKILLS
