While enterprise software and cloud services industry is still pivoting to the Generative AI revolution, Microsoft Dataverse is leading the pack by adding low-code/no-code AI capabilities like Copilot and AI services which deploys the power of a GPT grounded in enterprise data, into Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 application suite, used by Fortune 500 enterprises for their CRM and ERP needs. Dataverse is a strategic growth area for Microsoft, but more importantly, it is a disruptor technology that is giving access to a broader set of users in an enterprise, to create next generation of business productivity software via radically simplified experience and faster Return on Investment (ROI) for our customers.
