SUMMARY
As a Software Engr II here at Honeywell engage Life Sciences (HCLS) in Bangalore, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports, as well as Java-based applications. You will be accountable for designing, coding, testing, and debugging software solutions, ensuring high performance and reliability. Your expertise in Power BI and Java development will contribute to the success of our intelligent SaaS-based quality management solutions.
In this role, you will impact critical decision-making processes within the life sciences industry by delivering insightful data visualizations and developing robust software applications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop Java-based applications to facilitate business processes and enhance system functionality
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Power BI and Java development
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Power BI development, including creating dashboards and reports
• Proficiency in Java programming language
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
