Skills:Sound\nknowledge and experience in C++,VC++,MFC and ATL,.NET frameworkMust have\ngood hands on experience in application design, DB design and SQL-Stored\nProceduresMust have\nexperience translating requirements to a designMust be\nfamiliar with OO Analysis, Design process and UMLCreate\nrobust automated unit and integration tests to test the code(NUnit).Must have\ngood hands on OOPS concept and C++ language will be added advantage.Must be\nable to quickly understand the existing design and code based on the design.\nExperience in handling legacy code base is an advantage.Must be\nable to understand the product CTQ, use cases & requirements and\nparticipate in architecture and design discussionsMust be\nable to negotiate on better techniques & approaches with other stakeholdersMust have\nworked on product development life cycle and actively involved from\nrequirements to deliveryMust be\nable to appreciate a problem from business and customer/user point of view and\nprovide solution approachesMust have\nprior product development experience & must have a product ownership\nmindsetMust\nguide and mentor team to create re-usable & optimized codeExcellent\noral and written communication and interpersonal skillsShould be\na good team player and able to communicate effectively with project teams and\nstakeholdersShould be\nproficient in Atlassian Tools like Bamboo, Git, JIRA and Confluence.Knowledge\nof any Configuration Management System such as Perforce, Git etc would be an\nadded advantage.Knowledge\non Honeywell security product would be an added advantage.
