Solutions Is Our Middle Name.   **JOB PURPOSE:** _Software Order Processing & Sales Support_ – Managing the processing of all software orders, including Autodesk, Bluebeam, DLT, and PlanGrid. Assisting sales staff with software-related issues by providing support and relevant business information from portals, SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C), and SAP S/4 Hana. **CORE JOB DUTIES:** **Managing Processing & Billing for Software Orders** **– Includes Autodesk, Bluebeam, DLT, and PlanGrid (editing sales orders, generating purchase orders, issuing invoices upon processing, and entering contract details into SAP** **Cloud for Customer – C4C).** **Managing Autodesk 3-year installment order processing.** **Autodesk Renewals Reporting** **– Maintaining a live spreadsheet in Teams by pulling and updating Autodesk renewal data weekly.** **Bi-weekly Order Audits** **– Extracting reports from the Autodesk portal to review CPQ orders and verify correct representative assignments for commission accuracy.** **​** **Business Services & Customer Support** **– Resolving Autodesk and Bluebeam customer issues through support cases and relevant resources from their websites.** **​** **​** **​Sales Support & Customer Management** **– Assisting sales teams with customer issues and business information sourced from portals, SAP** **Cloud for Customer (** **C4C** **)** **, and** **SAP** **S** **/** **4** **Hana** **. Managing customer record updates and modifications by** **submitting** **tickets to Master Data** **team** **.** **​** **Renewal & Commission Report Management** **– Receiving and distributing DLT reports for renewal and commission tracking. Verifying reports against portal data to ensure** **accurate commission payments.** **Accounts Receivable Support** **:** **Assist** **with customer payment issues, provide resolution support,** **monitor** **the AR inbox, and** **forward payment details to sales representatives.** **Invoice Processing** **– Retrieving vendor invoices from the AP inbox and attaching them to POs in SAP S/4HANA to** **finalize billing.** **Purchase Order Creation** **– Generating purchase orders to support business operations.** **Commission Reporting** **– Extracting monthly Autodesk reports for commission calculations. Compiling sales data from Autodesk, SAP S/4HANA, and DLT to** **determine sales representatives' commissions. Distributing individualized reports to each representative.** **Price Import Preparation** **– Creating spreadsheets for importing pricing data into SAP S/4HANA, including Autodesk, DLT, Bluebeam, and other miscellaneous software items.** **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB** Education and Experience: + High School or equivalent Knowledge, Skills & Attributes: + SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) and SAP S/4 Hana + Microsoft products US Candidates the base pay range $34-44 per hour is a projected hiring range for a position, level and potential work location(s) listed. Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
