Job Summary:
The goals of the Software Implementation Specialist are to provide product recommendations and configurations, ensure proactive communication to clients and internal staff, and manage enhancement requirements and escalations and the capability to understand simple to complex business requirements. The ultimate goal is to be able to configure our solution(s) to address those client needs. The Software Implementation Specialist drives projects to completion by anticipating the needs of the clients and ensuring the alignment of the internal and external teams focused on the implementation.
We are expanding a world class Professional Services organization that already has a proven track record of working with companies globally. This position is an individual contributor role within our Professional Services Organization and reports to the PS Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Professional Services team works with customers from day one ensuring the products and solutions implemented are fit for purpose and meet the requirements of the project and organization.
The ideal candidate will be someone with a "consultative" background interfacing with clients on a daily basis and able to be hands-on technically with our solution(s). Work directly with customers to define requirements and deploy solutions. Deliver business analysis and solutions engineering – work closely with our customer champions to understand in detail the use cases and business processes and define and implement the solutions in Blue. Able to manage multiple projects concurrently Able to act as project manager on behalf of clients, to help them remain within the scope of their projects, maintain timelines and meet deadlines. Work as a member of a project team (internal and client). The technical tasks may include importing data, custom reporting, developing document reports, and user acceptance testing. Ensure long-term adoption for customers, support organizational change and generate business value in a short timeline Provide remote and at times onsite consulting Prepare technical objectives - identify and describe key goals and provide the work processes to achieve these goals Serve as the software expert and product specialist, aiming to solve customer business challenges Act as liaison with the development team to document new requirements and follow up to ensure the work meets the requirements Identify additional product/services opportunities in customer organization.

Qualification/Requirements
Computer Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or other related field diploma Requires solid functional and technical knowledge of enterprise software applications Experience working with relational databases (i.e. SQL) Experience working with integration solutions, and software API's Willingness to travel (if needed)
