Software Infrastructure Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead the development, integration, and expansion of our unified infrastructure platform, which supports our product line.

As the Product Manager for Infrastructure Products, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the infrastructure products and platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, DevOps, software architecture, and operations, to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our business and customers.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a clear product vision and strategy for the infrastructure products and platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.Drive the evolution of the infrastructure products and platform to support future business growth and technology advancements.Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends.Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of roadmap items.Act as the primary focal point for all matters related to the Infrastructure platform, engaging with internal stakeholders across product development teams, DevOps, security, and external partners.Stay informed about industry standards and best practices to ensure the infrastructure products and platform remains cutting-edge and compliant.Work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Collaborate with DevOps and operations teams to implement monitoring and performance optimization solutions, including cost management, CI/CD, load testing, and more.Continuously assess and improve the platform’s operational efficiency.Gather and analyze feedback from internal users, stakeholders, and customers to inform product improvements and enhancements.Prioritize and address issues, bugs, and feature requests to ensure the infrastructure and platform meet the highest standards of user satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on infrastructure products or platforms.Proven prior experience as a Software Developer or Architect.Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, AWS services, CI/CD tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Helm), and monitoring tools (e.g., DataDog).Experience with user management services, IoT provisioning, message brokers, and related infrastructure components.Proven ability to define product strategy and drive execution across cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Experience in agile product development methodologies.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Experience with big data technologies, such as data pipelines, data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics platforms - Advantage.
