You’ll be partnering with the software engineers, quality engineering, and engineering program managers responsible for the system user experience by investigating and analyzing issues and help ship great software to users of all Apple hardware.DescriptionDescriptionAs a Software Integrity Engineer in the Intelligent System Experience organization, you will screen and triage incoming bug reports, analyze logs, and prioritize user feedback and bug reports. You will help our engineering teams spot emerging trends from issues filed by Apple employees, external developers, and users before they reach customers. Triaging will involve analyzing diagnostic logs and internal analytics, and you will contribute to our triaging efficiency by building, maintaining, and using automation tools. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the devices billions of users rely on. We are looking for an enthusiastic, curious, and technically savvy teammate who can juggle a variety of tasks efficiently. As a driving force behind the system experience on all Apple platforms including iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, tvOS, visionOS, and macOS, your contributions will help continue to push forward the devices that countless users rely on. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $107,100 and $222,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
