What you’ll do:

The Eaton Energy Transition and Digital team is accelerating advancement of its digital platform and is scaling plans to implement Brightlayer Digital Solutions for their end customers in Europe Middle East and Africa. The software technology is designed to help manage, monitor and control devices along with management of key resources such as power, space and IT Infrastructure in our customer computing environments with a particular focus on data center as well as commercial and industrial buildings. To support this digital strategy, the Licence Management Analyst has the following tasks:

To support the Digital Hub teams in growing the digital businessTo successfully manage the digital entitlement processes and maximize recurrencyThe Licence Management Analyst will be in charge of designing and operating entitlement processesHe/she will constantly measure performance of the fulfillment processes so they can be improved to ensure a seamless buyer's experienceTo have a strong ability to engage with all Digital Hub teams as well as the other Eaton functions (Finance, Support, Marketing) to solve customer or partners questions or issues related to software entitlementsTo understand the software licensing models and product use rights required to sell Eaton Brightlayer digital solutionsTo supervise the entitlement activity regarding the number of entitlements managed per day as well as the satisfaction level with internal teams and Eaton customers or partnersQualifications: A Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or similarCustomer Service experience in a global company of 3 years or more in IT preferably software. Address difficult customer situations and respond promptly to customer needsSkills: Experience in software licensing/product usage rights and complianceAnalytical skills with attention to detailInnovate – Introduce new ideas and processes for improvement in performance and/or productivityDesign/Implementation/Execution capabilitiesManage multiple priorities and/or projectsProblem Solving – Solve problems with the ability to encourage others in a collaborative problem solving
