About the role
The Software Licensing Admin would be responsible for creating client facing quotes (i.e., Net new, renewals and modification on existing subscriptions) using Cisco and Insight tools, works together with Client Executives for any clarifications on quote requests, sending of quotes to Client Executives, responding to queries, booking orders, opening tickets as necessary using Cisco tools and updating internal trackers on completed requests.
What you will do at Insight
The Software Licensing Admin would be responsible for: Creating client facing quotes for net new opportunities and to modify existing subscriptions. Responding to questions related to the completed request, or existing subscriptions. Working together with Client Executives in accomplishing the request. Communicating with Cisco AM and other internal departments for any basic queries relating to the request as needed. Logging completed orders in pipelines and creating workflows. What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s Degree from four-year College or University At least 1 year of experience in relevant work experience Strong working knowledge of business math for pricing and reporting Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Excel, Outlook, Teams
