Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a large software development team, ensuring effective collaboration across offshore and onshore teams.Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.Ensure adherence to processes and compliance standards, including CMMI Level 5 (CMM5) practices.Conduct software requirement analysis to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.Manage user stories and product backlogs to facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and development teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.Drive continuous improvement in team performance, processes, and tools to optimize efficiency and quality.Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering professional growth and development.Minimum Qualifications:Proven experience managing large software development teams, including offshore teams.Expertise in handling multiple projects simultaneously, with strong prioritization and organizational skills.Comprehensive knowledge of CMMI Level 5 (CMM5) processes and compliance requirements.Strong background in software requirement analysis, user story management, and Agile methodologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.Prior experience in large-scale enterprise software development projects.
