We are looking for a talented Software Manager to manage our Platform Software Group. This group owns software development for new and exciting editions of our hardware product. This position requires great people and technology management skills with a strong technical background.

Development group of multidisciplinary products in the field of semiconductors manufacturing process diagnostics and control.
What you'll be doing:
Lead a group of ~20 engineers.Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance our software solutions.Identifying and promoting refactoring and infra. Challenge areas of design and code.Manage planning and execution of our Platform Software Group.Lead activities involving several company disciplines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance software requirements and architecture.Make an impact.What should you have?
A continuous learner who is passionate about software management.At least 2 years of experience as software group manager.Motivation to impact our software organizationExperience in C# or Java development.Excellent object-oriented programming and software design skills.Software development, analytical and problem-solving skills.Team-player with good communication, leadership and mentoring skills.Self-learning and complex systems understanding ability.Ability to innovate and drive technological advancements.High Hebrew and English levels.Advantages:
