The Greenhouse project implements a state-of-the art software development environment. The full DevSecOps lifecycle must be supported and the Greenhouse environment is cloud-based and supports the highest security standards.
You will be working as hands-on migration architect on migration projects with end-user teams. Cloud and security related work packages are included during the migrations. You drive the migration activities of the Greenhouse project towards new capabilities such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, Bazel, GCP.
Role and responsibilitiesDesign workload architectures and create and contribute to migration roadmap(s)
Prepare and execute migrations (including aftercare)
Assist in / Make required changes code and architecture changes in software
Coach and mentor team members and user teams on capabilities and cloud & security knowledge (on the job)
Collaborate closely with supporting teams and architects to achieve results
Create and conduct training on specific topics to the developer community
Education and experienceWe are looking for a person with a strong software development and IT background. You need to have at least Master Degree in Software Engineering or similar. Next to it, you need to have also:
5-9 years relevant experience.
Knowledge and experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions in an enterprise environment. (GCP preferred)
Knowledge on security, security development lifecycle, controls and design patterns.
Knowledge and experience in designing and implementing secure developer capabilities in an enterprise or hybrid cloud environment.
Experience in embedded software development environments using C/C++/Python and/or RHEL.
Experience with implementing developer services (Build, CICD, SCM systems etc.) is a must.
