Robbins-Gioia (RG) is seeking a Software Product Sales Manager to sell our software product, OpticsMRO™, powered by Lynx™, into the commercial Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) market. This is a unique opportunity to be the first sales position in our company for this new product. The ideal candidate will have a blend of sales experience and technical knowledge, with a strong background in the MRO market, preferably in software.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a sales strategy to introduce OpticsMRO™ to the commercial MRO market. Identify and engage potential customers, including small to medium airlines, aircraft manufacturers, and maintenance organizations. Work independently to grow product sales across the US market Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage customer relationships, and report on sales activities. Provide technical demonstrations, documentation of customer requirements, generation of quotes and support to potential customers. Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and insights. Maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism.
