Software /Programming MECOP Co-op
We are searching for a Software Engineering Intern to join our Advanced Facilities team in Portland, OR. In this role you will assist with software, systems, and network engineering tasks. You’ll contribute to the requirements, design, implementation, integration, and support of software and associated documentation for new, upgraded, and existing facilities. You’ll navigate fluid functional requirements throughout the project’s life cycle. Additionally, you’ll play a crucial part in configuration management, product build, deployment, and seamless integration of work items from remote development teams. As part of our team, you’ll have the chance to work on projects that bring innovative solutions to our clients’ challenges locally and worldwide by providing a range of engineering services. You’ll be responsible for supporting a multidisciplinary team of engineers, sciences and other technical staff under the guidance of Professional Engineers. You’ll use your skills and experience to help deliver and complete challenging and engaging projects while also taking ownership of the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the work assigned to you by demonstrating the ability to progress from basic work assignments to more complicated and involved projects.
