HOW A PROJECT/TASK MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Under minimal supervision, the Project Manager works as a member of an enterprise IT software development support team to support project management and implementation of software and automation of business processes for SITEC customers. Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, and project plans. Responsible for day-to-day coordination and administration of tasks by ensuring quality and productivity standards are maintained while meeting customer schedules. Collaborates with stakeholders and ensures compliance with DON & DOD policy. Maintains record of changes in instructions and ensures all team members are informed of changes. Ensures completion of administrative reporting (e.g., daily statistics, logs, task narratives). Coordinates and facilitates project meetings, product demonstrations and ensures project artifacts are updated regularly. Establish and maintain an effective and collaborative relationship with SITEC customers, end users and other SITEC Contractor teams. Additional responsibilities include assistance with quality control, software testing, end user training and data validation. 

Education:

Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science Degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience


Required Experience:

5+ years of related experience


Required Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of Information Technology (IT)  At least 5 years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (Agile or Scrum Methodologies)  Strong understanding of Project Management principles such as those outlined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)  At least 3-5 years of experience with technical writing or documenting functional or non-functional system requirementsStrong understanding of Business Process Documentation and Business Process Streamlining and AutomationExtensive experience utilizing Microsoft Office, Visio or other similar toolsClear understanding of Microsoft SharePoint or other collaboration and document management toolsClear Understanding of Azure Dev Ops (ADO) or similar application (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.) for project and requirements managementExcellent technical writing skills a must  Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with software testing and QA/QCFoundation, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or PMP certification is desired, ACP/ CAPM a plus.Candidates who have prior Joint SOF experience are highly desirable

The likely salary range for this position is $110,115 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
