Launched in 2023, Integrated Services creates and markets new customer experiences by integrating hardware, software and services across Ford Blue, Model e and Ford Pro. These products and services allow Ford's retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicles like never before with OTA (over-the-air)-driven experiences that grow better over time. The Digital Product Lab team at Ford is seeking a talented and versatile software prototyper to join the team. We’re a dynamic group pushing the boundaries of infotainment technology, and we need someone who can think creatively, solve problems and collaborate effectively. 

As a lead developer in the digital prototype lab, you would wear many hats. You will be responsible for guiding a team of developers in building interactive prototypes for new product concepts, ensuring technical feasibility and user-friendliness. This involves collaborating with designers, product managers and other stakeholders to translate ideas into functional software. You will also be deeply involved in setting technical standards, mentoring junior developers, and staying abreast of emerging technologies to drive innovation within the lab.
