Job Responsibilities :

Collaborate with project managers during the early stages of project planning to understand the scope, requirements, and deliverablesDesign, develop, and maintain comprehensive test cases, including both manual and automated testing, based on project specificationsPlan, schedule, and implement effective test strategies tailored to each software project to ensure thorough quality assuranceConduct rigorous testing for each project release, identify defects, and log detailed bug reports in the bug tracking systemWork closely with software engineers to debug and resolve identified issues, ensuring smooth project progression and high-quality outcomesCoordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and product teams, to enhance product quality and user experience

Pre-Requisites :Diploma in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experienceAt least 3 years of hands-on experience in software testingProficiency in coding with C, C++, or C#Strong communication and documentation skills in both English and Chinese to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and handle documentation requirementsSelf-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervisionExcellent skills in identifying and solving complex problemsWillingness to collaborate with engineers and external partners across different time zonesExperience in Windows application automation is an advantage
