Job Responsibilities

Work as part of a group in the development and analysis of test casesBrainstorming to find a resolution for customer issues and analyze data for trendsParticipating in writing and documenting of detailed defectsParticipating in troubleshooting of technical issue to increase efficiency of the teamConduct product reviews and user experience from a gamer standpointAbility to multitask and collaborate effectively with other functions(developers, firmware/hardware team)
