Purpose Statement: The Software Quality Analyst is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, implement testing strategies, and lead the quality improvement initiatives. The Software Quality Analyst works as a bridge between the software development team and leadership staff within the business to ensure that the information system being developed is meeting the business needs and the documented specifications.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Quality Assurance Support: Assist senior quality analysts in executing test cases and quality assurance activities to identify and report software defects, contributing to product qualityTest Documentation: Participate in creation of test plans, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring comprehensive coverage of different aspects of the softwareDefect Reporting: Work alongside senior analysts to document and track defects, providing clear and concise information to assist developers in resolving issues.Automated Testing: Assist to develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency in identifying defects.Learning and Development: Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in software testing methodologies and toolsEducation/Experience Qualifications:
