Investigate customer problems referred by technical support
Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source or other professional tools to increase the efficiency and accuracy of testing procedures.
Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers
Ability to conduct code reviews to ensure that software is being developed according to industry best practices and quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
