Software Quality Assurance Specialist develops and maintains systems, rules, and processes to ensure fulfillment of internal and external requirements

As a Software Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Running RCA (Root cause analysis) such as (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys) and MoC (Manage of change)Running FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)Auditing Software Projects against QMS (Quality management system)Identifying program deviance from standards, and suggest modifications to ensure compliance with the standard below in the requirementsDeveloping or specifying standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness

To be successful in this role you will:

Have Bachelors in Engineering/Technology or related disciplineHave knowledge in BS EN ISO 9001: 2015 - Quality Management SystemsHave knowledge in TickITPlusHave knowledge in BS ISO/IEC 20000-1: 2018 - Information technology: Service management. Service management system requirementsHave knowledge in BS 10754-1:2018 - Information technology. Systems trustworthiness. Governance and management specificationHave knowledge in BS EN ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 - Information technology - Security techniques - Information security management systemsHave knowledge in BS EN ISO/IEC 27001: 2022 - Information security, cybersecurity and privacy protection - Information security management systems
