Summary We are looking to hire a Software Quality Control Intern to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting testing activities including analysis, design, implementation, and reporting for in-house software. Responsibilities + Perform manual and automated testing on mobile and web applications, providing a seamless user experience across platforms + Assist in creating and maintaining test cases and test scripts to support the development of effective testing procedures + Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools to systematically capture software defects + Conduct regression testing to ensure software stability after updates + Investigate and follow up on reported issues to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner + Contribute to enhancing the quality and functionality of the software through feedback and continuous improvement Qualifications and Work Experience + Bachelor's degree in any relevant field + Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies + Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (Jira, Azure, or similar tools) is a plus + Knowledge of one or more of the following areas of testing regardless of tools: automation, security, performance + Selenium, Java, and Cucumber knowledge is a plus + Experience with mobile and web applications is a plus + ISTQB certification is a plus + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills + Excellent command of the English language Behavioural Competencies + Outstanding research skills + Problem-solving skills + Excellent communication skills + Flexibility + Analytical thinking + Attention to detail Powered by JazzHR
