Tasks and Qualifications:Main tasks:Supports / leads the solution concept and proposal development for software sales opportunitiesWorks both indirectly and directly with customer operations and technology teams: Indirectly by analysing and responding to requirements documents and capability assessmentsDirectly by leading presentations and workshops to position Dematic software, describe solution concepts, identify opportunities to leverage Dematic software and capabilities to address emerging requirements, and negotiate discussion topics to ensure success for both Dematic and our customersWorks with software design, engineering, and deployment teams to assess requirements, identify risks and mitigations, and develop delivery schedules and cost estimatesEngages Dematic subject matter experts when required to address questions, expand your knowledge, and extend Dematic software knowledge basesDevelop customer-facing materials, including written and diagrammatic descriptions of operational processes, systems architectures, and software algorithmsCreate and deliver presentations and offer documents to customers and internal stakeholdersMaintain opportunity, solution and customer data in Dematic systemsDeliver briefings to Dematic leadership to share updates and gain approvals

Your qualifications:Engineering degree or equivalent qualification3 to 7 years of similar experience in industrial IT preferably in the field of logisticsExcellent analytical and technical documentation skillsGreat communication and collaborationSupply chain software, robotics, and automation landscape understandingOrganization and focus, ensuring objectives are delivered to tight deadlines
