1. Engage Business Analysts, Software Development, DBAs, and other IS&T staff in collaborative processes to design and create business/applications solutions compatible with target architectural and operational environments.
2. Document Application and Environment designs including Current-State, Future-State, and As-Implemented. Evaluate gap and recommend plans for gap closure and alignment with approved architectural standards.
3. Recommend processes and measurement methods for solution development that support solution quality needs specified in business unit requirements.
4. Mentor IS&T staff re: methods, skills, and education required to
5. Provide support services as required for Production Operation of critical Systems
6. Familiar with VITA defined AITR role and responsibilities
7. Capable to author strategic and tactical plans for technology evolution and integration
