About the Aras Support Team
Our mission is to deliver world-class support services to Aras customers.
We accomplish this through listening to customer needs and guiding them to the fullest use of the products we offer. Our team is the bridge between customers, Development, and Product Management. We play a key role in providing input across the business and offer a unique perspective when working on technical issues for customers.
What is a Software Solutions Engineer?
Working independently and collaboratively, you will solve technical issues and advise customers on our platform. The Software Solutions Engineer acts as the first point of contact for all Aras customers. You are somebody who can troubleshoot complex customer environments, collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve bugs, provide crucial feedback to Product Management to drive product improvement, and create knowledge base articles.
Job Responsibilities
Provide an exceptional support experience via email, web and/or phone for our customers using Aras products and achieve core KPIs Participate in debugging and testing the product Develop sample customizations of the product for customers Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing technical resolutions for customer issues Document customer interactions and feedback by creating knowledge base articles and providing recommendations for improving the online documentation You will be an expert in the Aras Innovator product Participate in on-call rotation shiftQualifications
We are looking for engineers with strong problem-solving skills and a grounding in engineering principles. You will also need to be able to communicate statuses of work clearly and efficiently to customers. Strong time-management skills will allow you to succeed in this role.
