Software Support Expert

Description of duties: 1- Installation and deployment of hardware, software, and company products in projects (after training) 2- Support and resolve customer issues regarding system installation and commissioning

3- The ability to be sent to intercity missions on a case-by-case basis


Skills required:

1- The ability to install and lay cables

>2- General computer skills and network concepts

3- Decision-making ability On time and correctly

4- High public relations and the ability to respond with poise and patience

5- A neat appearance and appropriate to the company's organizational culture when visiting designated centers


Having the following items is considered an advantage:
*Having a Network Plus certificate
*Having an ICDL certificate
*Familiarity with time and attendance systems and time attendance devices
*Familiarity with Installation and commissioning of access control
* Familiarity with SQL Server
