Monitoring network usage
Proposing efficient solutions to solve problems
Troubleshooting all programs if necessary
Managing all technical resources network and, if necessary, repair hardware failure

Skills necessary to hold a system support job opportunity
Familiar with Cisco concepts
Familiar with Mikrotik equipment
familiar with Microsoft services
familiar with the installation and operation of printers and network equipment
familiar with network telephones (Voip)
familiar to the concepts of virtualization and Citrix
