Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

As a Software Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting high-quality software by utilizing advanced systems engineering methodologies such as FMEA and reliability test protocols. This position offers a unique opportunity to not only contribute your expertise but also to inspire and mentor fellow engineers in mastering these essential methodologies. We are seeking someone with exceptional skills and a passion for innovation to make a significant impact in the world of medical devices.
What would you do?
Review and create FMEA/Reliability training materials for software. Co-deliver FMEA/Reliability trainings for software. Coach software engineers on applying Systems Engineering principles. Engage in projects to maintain hands-on quality engineering experience and stay updated with the latest innovations. Actively participate in the RAMS community and promote RAMS within the R&D community.
You possess..
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering. 8+ years of experience in software design and development. Strong passion for applying Systems Engineering methods in the software domain. R&D background with knowledge of product and software development. Fluent in English.
Desirable Skills:
Experience working in a medically regulated environment. 6Sigma certification is advantageous. Natural talent for training, capable of explaining complex concepts in simple terms and engaging audiences effectively. Strong team player.
