**Job Description** **Software Team Manager – Deep Learning Graph Compiler** We are seeking an experienced and visionary Software Team Lead to lead our Deep Learning Graph Compiler team. As a lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and optimization of graph compilers that support the acceleration of deep learning workloads on heterogeneous hardware architectures (accelerator, GPU.) You will collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that improve performance and scalability in AI and machine learning models. This role is both technical and managerial, hands-on software development experience, and excellent leadership skills. You will drive the team's strategic vision, ensure timely project execution, and maintain high technical standards. **Qualifications** **Education:** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field **Experience:** + Outstanding graduates with 2-5 years of experience or 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. + Experience with code generation, or hardware acceleration - advantage + Proven track record of developing compilers or working on machine learning frameworks - advantage **Technical Skills:** + Proficiency in C++ programming language + Deep understanding of deep learning models, graph structures, and computational graph - advantage + Familiarity with hardware architectures **Leadership & Soft Skills:** + Strong leadership abilities, with proven success in managing and scaling technical teams. **Inside this Business Group** The Data Center & Artificial Intelligence Group (DCAI) is at the heart of Intel’s transformation from a PC company to a company that runs the cloud and billions of smart, connected computing devices.
