Job Description:

We’re looking for a Software Technical Analyst to join our Information Systems team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected for maintaining the environment for and functionality of automation solutions using Robotics Process Automation (RPA) processes and technology. The role interacts with both technology and business operations team to ensure that automations are efficient and up-to-date. The role will maintain automations/robots (digital workforce assets) while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and direction to Tier 3 support staff in prioritization/assigning the incidents.

In-depth troubleshooting of more complex issues escalated from Tier 3 support (All technology supported by Global Automation CoE).

Implementing break-fixes or workaround for identified issues (All technology supported by Global Automation CoE).

Perform deep dives into system architecture and code to diagnose complex issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business representatives to address systemic issues.

Design and implement long-term solutions together with technical leads to prevent recurring incidents.

Provide guidance and training to all production support staff – Tier 2 & 3.

Serves as a primary technical point of contact for critical issues or escalations, liaising with stakeholders and other teams as needed.

Qualifications:

Education: High School/Senior High/Vocational Course/1-year completed in a Bachelor's program with relevant work experience of at least 2 years; Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply

Familiarity/Experience with RDA/RPA tools (Automation Anywhere & Power Platform - Power Automate, PowerApps, etc.) highly preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel

Understanding of process design documents and technical design documents on automation space

Ability to improvise configuration/coding to new situations, new integrations and/or new products/interfaces within RPA softwares/tools

BPMN or Workflow Modeling applications

General knowledge in software testing

Soft skills:

Ability to build rapport, cultivate working relationships, and drive collaboration across teams.

Must be an adaptable self-starter and work with minimal supervision. Must be able to juggle multiple tasks and organize time effectively.

Strong communication skills - verbal, written & presentation; ability to adapt content to various audiences; communicates effectively.

Proven interpersonal skills: ability to build relationships, engage and influence others, work with a diverse internal and international customer base.

Strong attention to details and service accuracy.

Proactive and with strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Willing to work overtime and rotating shifts.
