Key Responsibilities:

Security Clearance: Ability to obtain a TS SCI SI/TK clearanceAnalyzing user stories and use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility Understand and follow test plans and test proceduresIndependently setup test environments and network configurationsWrite and execute manual test casesMap test cases to requirements for traceabilityPerform all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)Provide detailed documentation and evidence of test resultsDeploy programs and evaluate user feedbackDetect and track software defects and inconsistenciesApply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product life-cycle

Qualifications:

Required:

Minimum of 4 years of SW Test experience.Experience in documenting requirements and specificationsProficiency in engineering tools: Primarily Azure DevopsExperience with Docker, AWS, and Kubernetes for containerization, cloud services, and orchestrationHands-on experience with Apache Kafka, AWS SQS, AWS S3, and developing RESTful APIs using Django and Flask frameworksStrong passion for conducting research, tackling complex problems, and continuously learning and adopting new technologiesProficient in using GitLab for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborationExperienced in implementing Agile Software Development methodologies for efficient and iterative project managementPassion for conducting research, tackling complex problems, and continuously learning and adopting new technologies 

Desired:

BS Degree in Computer Science or related fieldAbility to work independently to research and solve customer pain pointsHigh level of curiosity and investigative mindset with an attention to detail, a tenacity of thought, the flexibility to adapt to new challenges, and the resiliency to overcome short-term hurdles by staying focused on the team's deliverables

Basic Compensation: $90,000 - $135,000

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity. 

Additional Compensation: 

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
