We need someone who can join our team and help us with software testing of large-scale systems that process hundreds of thousands of transactions daily, you’ll be a part of something much bigger and together we build a platform that impacts the financial settlements for families in the US. **Job Duties & Responsibilities:** + Participates in the day-to-day QA activities. + Designs, builds, develops, and executes manual/automated test scripts. + Work closely with Team members (Business Analysts, Software Engineers, Developers and Quality Analysts) to write test plans and test cases according to requirements. + Create and execute manual test cases/scenarios, performs tests including functional, integration, and regression performance. + Test web applications thoroughly to ensure all features are running smoothly. + Analyze test results and create test reports subsequently communicating reports to stakeholders. + Research and resolve issues or provide possible solutions. + Participate in requirements and code reviews to track, analyze, and resolve defects. + Collaborate with the research of techniques and tools related to software testing. + Experience of Mobile application and API testing + Involved in assisting business in User Acceptance Testing **Qualifications:** + BA or BS degree in computer engineering, or equivalent experience + 4+ years of experience with software testing + Child Support domain experience is highly preferred. + Experience writing SQL queries. + Software automation scripting experience using Selenium/TestNG using C# + Hands on experience in using Linux environments, Shell scripting skills + Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and web client technologies Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $69,300 - $90,000.
