OVERVIEW

ISS STOXX is hiring! We are looking for a Software Test Engineer who will focus primarily on automation of existing software applications. He/she will also be requested to contribute to functional testing ensuring the highest quality of both internal and external applications in the ISS Governance Business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze and understand existing software applications

Collaborate with functional testing team and developers to develop automation test suite

Develop comprehensive automation test framework and one where functional testing team can easily contribute and create test scripts for

Develop test scripts to increase scope of test automation of supported applications

As needed, perform functional testing - create test plans, test cases, test estimates and test execution of supported applications

Raise and investigate defects, providing adequate supporting documentation

Liaise with members of global teams involved in related projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Training & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related discipline

With 2+ years of functional software testing experience

With 2+ years of experience with the following test automation tools: Java, Selenium framework, Selenium Grid, GitLab, Jenkins

Experience in interacting with databases

Strong problem-solving skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Independent, detail-oriented and goal-oriented

Fresh graduates with coding experience are welcome to apply

Work Location & Schedule:

Amenable to work in Ayala North Exchange Makati and on a hybrid work set-up (3 days onsite per week – Monday to Wednesday)

Amenable to working a dayshift schedule (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, PHT)
