**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Direct the daily activities of the testing team, ensuring a high-quality delivery of test initiatives; you will also potentially manage other managers depending on your level
+ Define and implement test strategies and best practices, ensuring alignment with our broader organizational goals and objectives
+ Work closely with various cross-functional teams, stakeholders, engineering and product teams to identify and address testing needs and improve overall product quality
+ Drive improvements in test coverage and testing processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team
+ Develop and mentor team members, implementing training programs that enhance the skills within the testing team; get to know your team members individual strengths and weaknesses, and growth aspirations to help coach and mentor them in their personal development
+ Keep management informed about team progress and challenges, making sure that project deliverables are achieved in a timely manner; maintain a roadmap of team activities and continuous improvement efforts
**Skills, Experience and Requirements**
**Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
+ 4+ years in a supervisory role
**Skills and Qualifications:**
+ Solid understanding of testing methodologies and tools, the software development life cycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies; familiarity with one or more programming or scripting languages is a must, and advanced knowledge of testing methodologies and emerging technologies will be a plus
+ Proven experience in managing testing activities, ideally including manual exploratory and automated testing
+ Proven experience in managing and overseeing a testing team, with strong leadership and decision-making skills
+ Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation and presentation skills
+ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage, prioritize tasks, and influence change within the organization
**Salary Ranges**
Compensation: $110,100.00/Year - $140,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
