Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious software tester who is ready to kick start her/his career at Fugro.

As our new tester, you will become part of GeoDin, our premier geo-data management and reporting software that is used by clients globally in in the construction, energy and infrastructure market.

As Software tester, you work closely with senior testers, product owners and senior developers  to ensure a quality platform. This position offers abundant opportunities for professional growth within Fugro and requires a strong commitment to develop and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Your role

Define and execute functional, performance and regression tests; Introduce and maintain test documentation and reporting systems; Monitor and upkeep the performance of GeoDin.

Your track record 

Degree in Computer Science or a related field;Experience in functional testing;2-3 years of work experience, preferably in a start-up environment;Proficiency in Python, Java, GitHub Actions (CI/CD Pipelines);Tmap experience is a must;Experience with desktop application testing – strong plus;Comfortable with Agile methods & Scrum approach to work.

It is considered a plus if you

Enjoy the opportunity to automate existing tests, maintain the test automation environment, and learn automation scripting along the way;Have experience with Geo-data.
