The Software User Experience Quality Team specializes in simulating our customer’s software user experience across our most popular products. We do this to ensure we are shipping high-quality software that meets our customer’s expectations. We perform functional and user-centric testing on iOS and macOS, with a focus on the overall customer experience of using our products. You will provide perspective and guidance on how it feels to use our products to help us deliver the best possible experiences.
