A DAY IN THE LIFE
Establish and maintain high morale while supervising construction crews, demonstrate mastery and safety of equipment and materials, and ensure all necessary inspection are completed
Lead and perform JHA’s during Foreman’s Daily Huddle meetings
Ensure Equipment Walk-around, DOT Vehicle, and pre-operational inspections are routinely and fully completed
Produce highly productive cycle times for labor, equipment, and materials, and identify and evaluate job cost reduction strategies
Collaborate with the Trade Superintendent when issuing conduct warnings to ensure consistency with the employee handbook, the jobsite, and the company.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
One year of experience supervising or working on a construction crew
Working knowledge of cranes, hand signals and load charts
Able to pass an MVR Check, Background Check, Physical and Drug Test
Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations)

Pay Range: $33.70 - 42.96/hr; per diem based on eligibility
Individual compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity and by specific location in alignment with applicable pay laws and regulations. Compensation is just one factor of our overall benefits package.
