Position Summary: As a Solar Panel Installer, you must be a hard worker ready to help with the installation of solar systems. You will spend 70-90% of your day working on rooftops with various angles and heights in all weather conditions. Essential Duties: + Follow layout plans and perform the structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment + Support the crew to assure the successful completion of the solar system installation + Document completion of quality installation + Compliance with OSHA standards Key Competencies: + Must be able to consistently carry up to 60 pounds + Must be comfortable working with heights (Ladders, stairs, and roofs) + Must have a reliable means of transportation + Prior residential solar installation experience preferred but not required + Prior roofing/roofer experience or residential construction preferred but not required
