The Opportunity:
Mortenson is seeking experienced Solar Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the installation of solar projects by preparing, handling, and supplying materials to other craft. The base hourly compensation for this role ranges from $18.00 to $24.00.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload equipment and materials Responsible for the preparation, handling and supplying of materials to be used by other crafts Solar panel install Rigging Racking assembly Torque tube assembly Pile layout General cleanup and clearing of debris   Wire management   All other duties as assigned 

Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels

Qualifications:

Previous experience in solar (preferred) Experience in construction or other related experiences.
