Position Overview:

The Solderer/Assembler is responsible for setting up sterling silver, platinum, and gold pieces for high-volume hand soldering production according to Tiffany quality and production standards. The Solderer/Assembler will operate gas flux torch soldering equipment and various machinery, including Link-o-Matic, water welders, and Joyal assembly equipment, to assemble the product. Inspect components and finished products for quality standards.

To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of experience in precious metal soldering jewelry assembly. Ability to select proper tools and materials for the job and follow work instructions. Must have good hand dexterity and the ability to recognize problems with jewelry pieces. Ability to work and communicate with others in a constructive, professional manner.
