Our client, a leader in the design and manufacture of custom electronic components for the radio frequency market, is seeking a Soldering Technician/Assembler to join their team. As a Soldering Technician/Assembler, you will be part of the production team supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Soldering Technician/Assembler
**Location:** Brewster, NY
**Pay Range:** $18 to $22 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform electronics assembly and soldering tasks with precision.
+ Utilize small hand tools to work on detailed electronic components.
+ Follow work instructions and interpret CAD drawings to ensure quality standards.
+ Engage in cross-training opportunities to expand technical skills.
+ Maintain punctuality and contribute positively to the team environment.
**What's Needed?**
+ Previous soldering experience and electronics assembly is a must-have.
+ Ability to interpret CAD drawings and follow detailed work instructions.
+ Willingness to learn and take on increased technical responsibilities.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
+ Desire to work with small, intricate electronic assemblies.
