What you'll do as an Inspection and Repair Operator:
Key Responsibilities:
Perform soldering and assembly of electronic components.Inspection and repair of solar panel sub components.Conduct quality inspections to ensure adherence to standards.Troubleshoot and repair electronic assemblies as needed.Maintain a clean and efficient work environment.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.Performing touch up and repairs.Document workloads as completed.
Qualifications:
Pass IPC-610 soldering testIPC-A-610 or J-STD-0001 certification not required but is a plusRelated experience and/or trainingMust have good or correctable eyesight and cannot be colorblind
Work Experience
The preferred candidate might have:
Experience in soldering and electronics assembly.Strong attention to detail and quality control.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Team-oriented with good communication skills.Soldering experience (at least 1 year)Electronics experience (at least 1 year)Knowledge of electronic assemblyExperience with point to point wiringAbility to lift up to 10 lbs.
