SolidWorks Analyst/ Engineer
Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Technical Engineer in the Plastics Manufacturing industry in New Berlin, Wisconsin. The primary function of this role involves processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Additionally, this role involves monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action. This is primarily an ONSITE role. If not open to thator a remote candidate, please do not apply. Responsibilities: • Collaborate in the standardization of workflow and have the opportunity to give input • Contribute to the building of the foundation of initial models and define the everyday workflow • Update legacy parts information to eliminate the need for manual input of different part SKUs/codes from Syteline to SolidWorks • Work on creating a "rules-based environment" in SolidWorks • Apply mathematical engineering to break down physical systems/product specifications • Navigate Syteline and adopt its systems • Participate in stakeholder meetings and communications • Create and maintain technical and user documentation • Conduct AB Testing, Compatibility Testing, and Back-Testing • Utilize backup technologies and computer hardware effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in AB Testing and Back-Testing methodologies • Extensive knowledge about Backup Technologies • Familiarity with Computer Hardware • Proficiency in using SolidWorks or similar software • Experience with Compatibility Testing • Ability to conduct and participate in Stakeholder Meetings • Strong Stakeholder Communication skills • Ability to create Configuration Documentation • Proficiency in drafting Technical Documentation • Experience in creating User Documentation • Knowledge of Plastics Manufacturing Industry is a plus Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
