Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Solution Admin I to sit hybrid in Canton, Ohio. The Solution Administrator is responsible for ensuring that outsourced computing systems meet performance obligations. This involves collecting and analyzing data to support system management, maintenance, and performance. Additionally, the Solution Administrator generates and compiles reports based on their findings, identifying probable causes and suggesting possible solutions to system issues. They utilize strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify, communicate, and resolve malfunctions, making appropriate recommendations to maximize the benefits of IT system investments. The three main tasks this person will attend to is Support, Projects & Hardware while understanding and implementing the full hardware life cycle.
Compensation:
$__19__/hr to $__25___/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- Technical knowledge of SQL along with Microsoft & Excel
- Extensive experience with core software applications
- Full hardware lifecycle - Strong customer service experience
- Team-oriented, collaborative mindset null
