Tasks and Qualifications:

This is what you will do in this role:

Work with the customer (post-contract) to understand and analyse their business processes and, where possible, align them to our standards. Plan and execute customer SFS workshops Work with the engineering Domain Authorities and project software execution team to ensure the Software Functional Specification defines what we will deliverDevelop project-specific software functional specifications and associated software requirementsWork with the rest of the Solution Analysis team to update and maintain solution software specificationsFoster a collaborative environment for software solutions from sales to engineeringAssist in driving standardisation and software re-usability directives

What we are looking for:

Prior experience of WMS, WES or WCS with detailed knowledge of the functionalityCustomer experience - understanding what the customer needs An ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholdersExcellent presentation skillsAbility to produce concise documentation to meet requirementsExperience in critiquing software/operational process, and designAptitude in producing operational design and process documentationProven ability to work as part of a high-performing team
