Annual Wage Range: $129,600.00  - $178,200.00 
Other Compensation:  Eligibility for the Short-Term Incentive program and other applicable bonuses

Job Description

The Solution Architect of the Connected Worker Platform will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a connected worker platform that meets the needs of the organization. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of the platform.

Responsibilities and Duties  Lead the design and development of the Connected Worker Platform, ensuring it meets business requirements and industry standards. Digitalization of paper-based process in a manufacturing environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to define and implement platform strategies. Architect solutions that integrate with systems of record, such as SAP, Enablon and Document Management Systems (SharePoint), to provide a comprehensive digital experience for field workers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define solutions. Ensure the successful delivery of the platform. Continuously monitor and optimize platform performance to ensure reliability and efficiency. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation. Identify potential risks and dependencies associated with the platform and develop mitigation strategies. Conduct thorough testing and validation of the platform to identify and resolve issues. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed. Educate staff members through training and individual support. Offer support by responding to system problems in a timely manner. Required Skills  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.  A minimum of 10 years experience in platform development. Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a focus on digital transformation and connected worker solutions such as Innovapptive or Redzone. Experience in automating paper-based processes in manufacturing environments and integration with SAP.
  Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a track record of delivering successful digital solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong project management and demonstrated ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Good team player and open to sharing and gathering technical and functional knowledge. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) or MM (Materials Management).
