Leading AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions Software Product Company and one of Glassdoor’s “Best Places to Work”Seeking an astute individual that has a strong Supply chain background with the additional ability to be part of the customer success team to implement and support the implementation of the project, and deep knowledge of industry best practices, with the ability to implement them working with multiple cross functional teams.

Scope:

Works with project team to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements.Ability to deliver in faster go-lives using agile methodologyAbility to lead faster deployments focused on value delivery.Works as a functional liaison between Project Team and key customer executives. Has knowledge of either BY Inventory Optimization, Order Promising, Sales & Operation Planning, Factory Planning, Supply Chain planner or Enterprise Supply Planning, Demand & Fulfillment, Transportation Manager, Warehouse Management solutionHas working experience of AI/ ML algorithms in supply chainWorks with all levels of Blue Yonder associates in developing functional specifications, analysis of user needs and testing.Participates in business process analysis or design/construction phase of the project that leads to writing functional specifications.Works on development of functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens that meet the customers' business objectives and are of sound design.Provides advice to customers regarding industry best practices and process methodology.Understands how Blue Yonder solutions (IO, OP, S&OP, FP, SCP, ESP, TMS,WMS) can be configured to better facilitate client business processes.Escalates issues that may have negative scheduling impact. Always conducts oneself in a professional manner with Blue Yonder customers and internal associates.Ensures the security and integrity of corporate assets and intellectual property. Ensures compliance with the internal and external company policies and procedures

What you’ll do:

Assists Project Managers in planning efforts including detailed project plan task detail (work breakdown structure) based on the specific phase/need of the projectCommunicates and/or supports the business cases to Product Management Group and Product Development regarding specific trends for future product functionality and enhancements.Expert in developing / utilizing AI/ ML algorithms in statistical forecasting spaceWorking experience of R, python packagesAs required, ability to represent Blue Yonder in industry conferences workshops preferredAbility to execute projects single-handedly with high delivery qualityFacilitates/leads business diagnostics, process analysis and/or design workshops to help flush out as-is and desired to-be solution state and ultimately writes a solution design document to support business requirementsLeads the writing of functional specifications during the design phase of the project that supports the documented solution designDevelops functional business process test scripts (step by step instructional how to do) which outline new or updated end-user functional processes supported by  the solution design which may include standard application functionality,  customized modifications, data interfaces, reports/layouts, … Prepares for and conducts customized end-user training workshops to support application training content outside of base application knowledge / Blue Yonder CertificationsIs a thought leader in their Product Solution area of focus and is able to apply that knowledge to customer situationsProvides advice to customers regarding industry best practices and process methodologyRecognizes and highlights incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers/projects.Serves as a functional liaison and attends and contributes to key meetings between Blue Yonder project team, key customer contacts, and customer users, up to and including key executive project sponsorsUnderstands how the Blue Yonder solutions within the area of focus can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business processes (ensuring the ability to design, execute, and deliver)Setup and coordinate user acceptance testing efforts which will support final acceptance and critical phase sign-off by the business ownersFollows up on cases opened with Blue Yonder Support Services to help in resolving defects for the customer.Provides non-technical end user support during the 'go-live' and post-go-live periodEnsures knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project team/end users to maximize the customers on their own success after Blue Yonder’s project roll-offCommunicate project risks that may have a negative impact on the project schedule, scope or budgetEscalate project issues which surface and cannot be quickly resolved which will have an impact on the project schedule, scope, or budgetCompletes assigned and agreed to work within the allotted time and with a high level of qualityAlways conducts oneself in a professional manner with Blue Yonder customers and internal associates

What we are looking for:

8 – 10 years of hands on experience, as a business consultant providing supply chain solutions for customers required. Either a customer of Blue Yonder or as a consultant implementing Blue Yonder solutions for customers preferred.Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or Operations Research preferred. A combination of Bachelor ’s degree and relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of advanced degreeRelevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions such as Oracle, SAP, or leading ERP may be considered.Strong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of statistical algorithms, SCM concepts, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain requiredRelevant industry certification from APICS will be a plusCurrent or prior experience working in Management consulting organization or Supply Chain Center or Excellence settings preferredSkill set and availability requirements as per the organization's needsKnowledge in performance tuning techniques is added advantage.Provides guidance to Support Services in responding to base technical issues.Understanding and experience with the technical requirements for the product line assigned.Understanding of Database structures. Understanding of various technical platforms and infrastructures.Understands Blue Yonders product suite to convey relationships and touchpoints to the customer.Works with appropriate parties to ensure issues are resolved.Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user and management. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills requiredExtensive Travel required (Approximately 90%).
